Nyx professional makeup highlight & contour palette Matte Finish Review

So Today I’ll Be Reviewing A Product That Is Hype On The Instagram as well As On Youtube. A Product That Helps You To Cut & Shape Your Face As Per Your Choice. I Am Talking About Contouring & Highlighting. My first product & absolutely loving it “NYX Highlight & Contour Pro Palette” let’s get into the details:- 

Packaging:  The NYX Contour and Highlight Palette comes in a paper cardboard kind of box with detailed instructions about the palette. Inside the palette, there are 8 pans containing different shades of powders for effective contouring and highlighting. The pans come in a standard plastic palette, which is quite bulky. One flaw about the packaging is probably the lack of names for each shade because it’s going to difficult to differentiate among them when it comes to refilling. Other than that, there’s not much to say or complain about. The pans pop right off if you want to take any out of the palette, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the product or anything. 

Color Shades:  There are 8 shades of powder in this palette. (1) Ice Queen – Pearly White toned powder with shimmer (2) Soft Light – Nude toned matte powder (3) Cream – Matte Banana powder (4) Nectar – Peach toned powder with shimmer (5) Tan – Soft Brown satin finish powder with reddish undertones (6) Toffee – Warm Neutral Brown powder with satin (7) Sculpt – True Matte Taupe (8) Hollow – Deep Matte Brown. My personal favourites are the matte soft yellow (which is incredible for highlighting the under-eyes) and the matte taupe (which is the most perfect contour shade). The matte soft brown is a close dupe of Benefit Hoola. The last shade is definitely something that darker-skinned women will love, so it was very thoughtful of NYX to make a shade for all skin tones since many palettes typically tend to cater to lighter complexions.

Price:- 2000 INR for 21.6gm.

My Experince:- This Palette Have Great Pigmentation just A light & Tiny tap to the product will give you more than enough product. Most of the shades in this palette are matte other than the two highlight colors. The consistency is incredibly soft and smooth, which is probably why it’s so easy to pick up the product. These powders are super long lasting even without a primer or Setting Spray. The products stay on the face for a good 8 hours. Powders are finely milled, blendable, creamy & super pigmented.

• Soft and smooth buttery texture 
• shades for all skin tones.

• Great pigmentation.

Cons of NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette:

• A little bit of fallout.
• No shade names (Not a big con actually)

Rating:- 4.5 out of 5.

Verdict:- I Will Definately Recommed This Palette. It’s Great for beginners as well as for professionals.
